I got my first Skull a while ago (so did Rainbow Chicken), i was curious about how the whole finding a skull thing worked so yeah decided to try it out and i got the Black eye Skull. I was rather unimpressed with it too, the effect it had on the game was not very fun and i later found out that if i did get all the skulls i still wouldn't unlock any more pieces of armour that i wanted. looks more and more like there will be a map editor as time goes by. Also, depending on whether this footage is very old or not, it could be a piece of equipment or a confirmed 4th grenade type.

The arbiter is going to be in the game, and he is going to work with MC. If you pay attention to the singleplayer trailer released last night you will see seens with the arbiter and the MC both running down a hall with shooting the turrets stripped off a warthog.
